About You

We're looking for an experienced and thoughtful academic who brings both expertise and initiative to their teaching, research, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining currency in their field and creating high-quality, inclusive learning experiences that support student success.

Requirements:

  • A doctoral qualification in an engineering-related field or equivalent standing;
  • Proven teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including course design, coordination, and delivery, ideally with expertise in areas such as project management, leadership, contracts, and procurement or risk and resource planning;
  • An established research profile with quality publications, research funding, supervision of research students, and demonstrated impact;
  • A collaborative leadership style that contributes to a positive academic culture and supports student and staff success.
