Executive Culinary Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Commis Chef. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Sous Chef and Outlet Manager in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests while working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Maintain consistent presentation of food items.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions during daily shift briefings.
- Prepare food according to required standards.
- Liaise with Executive Sous Chef and Outlet Manager to ensure open communication regarding colleague feedback on food.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Minimize food wastage in the kitchen.
- Strive to improve food preparation and presentation continuously.
- Rotate products in chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily features, and promotions.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Possess creative and passionate approach to food and customer service.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
