The Role
The primary function of this position is to deliver high-quality classes for kids and teens through a blend of obstacle and parkour skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Deliver engaging and challenging classes that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.\
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.\
  • Participate in ongoing development opportunities to enhance coaching skills and stay updated on industry best practices.\
  • Convert class trials into enrolled students by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Ninja Parc Academy's programs.\
  • Contribute to event planning and execution to foster a sense of community among members and promote the brand.\
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and feedback to inform teaching strategies.
