Learn to Swim Instructor Position

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced swimming instructor to join our team and contribute to the development of young swimmers.

  • We are seeking a highly qualified individual with relevant experience in teaching Learn to Swim and/or stroke correction, as well as certifications in first aid and working with children.
  • Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association (ASCTA) or Australian Swimming School (AUSTSWIM) qualifications are highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching swimming to individuals of various skill levels. They must also be committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Royal Life Saving Society Australia (RLSSA) First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • Relevant teaching qualifications, such as ASCTA or AUSTSWIM certification

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our students and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Learn to Swim lessons, developing lesson plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
