Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Training Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Education sector, with at least 2 years of experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on our application system, reducing support tickets, and collaborating closely with our team members. They must have a valid Australian work visa, a valid driving license, and own vehicle, as they will be required to travel to various site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing in-depth training on our application system
  • Reducing support tickets through effective troubleshooting and resolution
  • Collaborating closely with our team to achieve common goals

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Education sector with a focus on Level 1 applications
  • Previous experience working with ticketing systems and supporting clients remotely
  • Valid Australian work visa
  • Valid driving license
  • Own vehicle

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working within the Education industry with a focus on application training
  • Proficiency in using remote desktop software such as TeamViewer
