Job Opportunity: Hydraulic Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Port Hedland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy and/or light automotive servicing, repair, and maintenance, as well as experience in industrial hydraulics equipment and systems.

  • Heavy and/or Light Automotive servicing, repair and maintenance
  • Field Service and Mobile Maintenance activities
  • Industrial Hydraulics Equipment & Systems
  • Mine Site Shutdown & Maintenance work
  • Engineering Workshop or Fabrication experience
  • Equipment Maintenance and Calibration
Responsibilities:
  • Fault find and problem solve
  • Conduct equipment strip/assess and service/repair activities
  • Participate in planned Test, Tag and Calibration of Customer equipment asset management programs
  • Compile work activity summaries for Customer reporting requirements
  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Support/assist team members as part of a small Branch team
Requirements:
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Cert III or above)
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisation and teamwork skills
