Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our mental health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting safe and effective nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients with mental health problems, adhering to current National practice standards and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including public holidays and night duty.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge, and ability relevant to mental health services.
- Effective clinical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
