Senior Retail Sales Specialist

The role of Senior Retail Sales Specialist is a key position in the organization, responsible for driving retail sales development through promotional and merchandising activities.

As a Senior Retail Sales Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams to enhance retail sales growth, including liaising with retailers to ensure effective relationships are maintained.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sell-in templates for retailers to analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) updates and provide regular recaps to retailers to ensure they are informed of stock levels
  • Update monthly sales reports via HUB/internal trackers to provide accurate insights into sales performance
  • Update e-commerce templates for new products to ensure seamless integration with online channels
  • Ensure timely tracking of sales orders and deliveries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Organize regular delivery of samples to retailers to support their sales efforts
  • Prepare new price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels
  • Merchandising Excellence:
  • Assist in updating merchandizing grids/visuals for new products to ensure optimal product placement
  • Support driving retail merchandising excellence by providing sufficient testers and maintaining clean counters
  • Assist in preparing VM/planogram proposals to optimize store layouts and improve sales
  • Prepare and ship counter-tools for customers' orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain data accuracy for TRIP on promotion entries to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Administration:
  • Liaise with SSC team to monitor accounts payable and ensure timely payment processing
  • Issue credit notes to retailers promptly to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records to ensure seamless communication and customer service
  • Request PO/PR in advance of goods receipt to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills to effectively communicate and analyze data
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities to drive business growth and improvement
  • Project Management Skills, including attention to detail and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with proven communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity to demonstrate expertise and leadership
