Veterinary Assistant Role

About You:

  • You have experience working as a veterinary nurse and are passionate about animal care.

  • You are enrolled in or have completed Cert IV veterinary nursing and are committed to ongoing professional development.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Sea World. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to the success of our animal care program.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the veterinary centre in a clean and organized manner, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  2. Assist veterinarians with animal procedures, including preventative medical programs and rescue operations.
  3. Dispense and administer medications to animals under veterinary supervision.
