Key Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage high-end tours and enhance our offerings for an international clientele. This role involves collaborating with carefully selected suppliers and trade partners, ensuring seamless execution of exceptional experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to balance creativity with meticulous attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Curate bespoke itineraries tailored to specific interests and budgets, responding to client inquiries and collaborating with discerning travellers.
  • Prioritize building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners, including inbound tour operators, wholesalers, travel agents, and online travel agencies.
  • Confirm tour bookings, issue invoices, and oversee all logistical arrangements, ensuring flawless experiences with third-party providers.
Quality Enhancement & Guest Engagement
  • Conduct follow-ups with guests and partners to gather insights and feedback, using this information to continually refine and elevate the experience portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM platform, encouraging guest testimonials across various platforms.
