We're now looking for passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guides to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging, informative, and safe tours for groups of domestic and international travelers
  • Share authentic stories, local history, and cultural facts about each destination
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle queries or concerns during tours
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for timing, transport, and accommodation
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including COVID-safe protocols
  • Promote sustainable and responsible tourism practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a tour guide, travel host, or in a hospitality-related role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence (C Class or LR / HR preferred)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) and / or National Police Clearance
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends or interstate
  • Multilingual skills are a bonus (especially Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, or German)
