Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Financial Inclusion Team Leader. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of financial counsellors and NILS support workers in providing high-quality, face-to-face counselling services to clients in need.

The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage staff while providing training, supervision, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Financial Counselling and current accreditation with FCAN, as well as proven experience in leading a team to provide non-judgemental, quality service delivery to disadvantaged clients.

The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, and offers competitive remuneration, salary packaging options, additional paid leave days, flexible working options, and ongoing support and supervision.

About the Role

The Financial Inclusion Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the financial counselling practice operates consistently with professional and ethical standards, as required by Financial Counselling Australia (FCA) and the Financial Counselling Association of NSW.
