Job Overview- We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation/Process Scientist to provide technical expertise and drive innovation in product development.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, mathematical knowledge, and experience in drug development, process development, and manufacturing.
- Develop and execute trial batches to support process improvements and troubleshoot formulation issues.
- Participate in the introduction of new products and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Review and analyze data to inform process improvements and validate new product launches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Prior pharmaceutical experience, with emphasis on drug development, process development, and manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed procedures.
- Advanced mathematical skills, including statistical analysis and data interpretation.
