Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a key governance role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large network of subcontractor relationships, ensuring operational excellence and delivering customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on sourcing, onboarding, and contract management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for subcontractor engagement and relationship management
  • Manage the procurement and selection process for road subcontractors
  • Oversee the workforce mix and approval of new and replacement subcontractor resources
  • Review and negotiate commercial terms and incentive programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to improve performance and compliance
  • Manage data integrity and reporting across assurance tools
  • Investigate performance concerns and incidents related to subcontractor performance or compliance
  • Generate business analytics to monitor and control subcontractor activities
