ICT Project Support Officer Role Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting project activities and ensuring alignment with government priorities and timelines.
  • Providing timely and accurate advice to project leads through researching and analysing information.
  • Preparing high-quality written materials, including briefs, policy papers, and project documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records to support governance and quality assurance functions.
  • Contributing to communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
  • Providing administrative and secretariat support for intergovernmental and cross-sector forums.
  • Helping identify and mitigate risks through evidence-based decision support.
