Job Opportunity

A junior Client Executive role has become available at a leading content agency. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination, communication and operational delivery of content marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Coordination: Manage timelines, briefs, feedback and internal scheduling to ensure seamless campaign delivery across print, digital, social and video channels.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.
  • Budget & Admin Support: Assist with expense tracking, invoicing and project financial documentation.
  • Creative Workflow Management: Help brief creatives, track asset delivery and manage approval processes to meet brand and deadline requirements.
  • New Business & Operations: Contribute to pitches through research and document preparation, and support creative production logistics as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination or production and recent graduates in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Proficient with project management tools like Trello, Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working within high-volume content frameworks.
  • Familiar with multi-stage review processes and complex administrative workflows.
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong admin and time management skills.
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a collaborative, creative agency setting.
