We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple detached housing projects from site cut through to handover.
About the Role- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet key milestones and deliver high-quality results
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitoring budgets, timelines, and site progress to achieve project goals
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
- NSW Supervisor Licence or willingness to obtain required
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction required
- Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills
- White Card and valid Driver's Licence
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A supportive and experienced construction team
- Company vehicle, mobile phone, and tools of trade for efficient project delivery
