Role Overview

The key purpose of this role is to provide strategic and analytical support in delivering growth and automated credit decisional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives and deliverables, including producing credit decisioning recommendations, stakeholder management, and leading analysts.
  • Provide day-to-day support to analysts with technical questions, such as coding/data queries (SAS/SQL, Python).
  • Contribute to the development of innovative credit approaches and optimisation strategies.
  • Support leadership team in planning and prioritisation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance capability uplift through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in unsecured credit risk management.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience, including transactional data analysis using Python.
  • Strong understanding of consumer finance automated credit processes.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
