Main Responsibilities
  • Process invoices for government grants and vendor payments promptly
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Manage over 150 monthly office lease rentals with precision
  • Contribute to an AP automation project to enhance workflow
  • Assist in a seamless month-end and year-end closing process

To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least five years of experience in dedicated accounts payable positions, hands-on experience with AP financial systems, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
