The Academic Operations and Support Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our students by providing high-quality academic support and advice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support student learning and achievement, providing guidance and advice to students on academic integrity, referencing, and research skills, and coordinating and managing student academic support activities.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualification(s) in a relevant discipline or education.
  • Multiple years' experience in a related role within the higher education industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and provision of support activities for students.
  • High level of communication skills, plus the ability to build strong relationships and assist students and staff to achieve positive outcomes.
