Registered Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Lake Joondalup. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing support to our residents.


Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to work with our aged care provider in Lake Joondalup. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care that meets the individual needs of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Degree in Nursing (Required).
  • Current Police Clearance (Required).
  • Previous experience in aged care is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights.
  • Ability to lead a team.
