Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Strong clinical assessment skills and appropriate response to changes in customer condition in consultation with the broader healthcare team
- Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers
- Ensure full compliance with organizational and professional standards
- AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
- Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery
- Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
- Sound understanding of medication systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
