As the Senior Transformation Manager (Responsibility & Gaming Transformation), you will drive critical responsibility, financial crime, and gaming transformation initiatives. This senior manager-level role is part of the highly visible strategy implementation effort for the ALH Hotels business.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about pub culture, excited to deliver real impact for venue teams and guests, and enjoys problem-solving with real-time results. If you have a background in large transformation programs, strategic problem-solving, and end-to-end program/project management, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the transformation agenda, ensuring effective execution and delivery of targeted transformation outcomes.
  • Represent the leadership team in relevant forums, applying sound judgment to decision-making around tactical and strategic plans.
  • Leverage regulatory, financial crime, and gaming transformation experience to inject thought leadership on strategic initiative objectives, approach, and delivery.
  • Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to structure problems, design and execute analysis/research, and develop creative and innovative actions to solve.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with matrixed teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic and transformation priorities.
  • Lead and own core program and initiative deliverables, driving project execution efforts.
