Make a Real Difference in Aged Care

We are seeking dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to provide hands-on care for residents across the Northern Rivers region.

Your Role:
  • Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in health and wellbeing
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment at all times
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our residents
  • Work collaboratively with a professional team of caregivers
Key Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role within Australia
  • A current Australian Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening are mandatory
  • Full working rights in Australia must be held
  • COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are also required
