The Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to develop your career with a structured mentoring program that exposes you to all aspects of the business. You will undergo hands-on training in dispatch, customer service, and sales departments to gain a thorough understanding of the operational aspects of the branch. Additionally, you will work closely with our management team to gain insight into the day-to-day running of the branch, with the plan to take on leadership duties within 3-5 years.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist valued customers in selecting products and provide advice on product-related projects.
  • Dispatch: Assist the team with stock control and liaise with customers to ensure products are ready for pickup or transport in a timely manner. Forklift license can be provided for additional duties within the dispatch team.
  • Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers locally and regionally, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with department team members and managers to ensure branch targets are met.
