Job Summary:
Unisys is seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Security Specialist to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for managing security management topics, including Antivirus management, Encryption, and Data leak prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Symantec Endpoint protection and Microsoft Defender skills with 8-11 years of experience.
- Develop and maintain knowledge on tools like CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, and other Next Gen AV solutions.
- Monitor AV & Encryption consoles, perform daily health checks, and ensure periodic updates of definitions and client health.
- Ensure compliance on Antivirus and encryption, update operational documents, and maintain a knowledge base for all issues.
- Respond to and resolve security incidents, rollout reports as per SLA templates, and perform outbreak management.
- Upgrade AV & Encryption tool sets and participate in weekly team meetings to share progress on various tasks.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Next-Gen security solutions like MS defender ATP, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Good knowledge of error analysis of Microsoft operating systems Windows 10 & 11.
- Good knowledge of SQL, SQL Reporting, Script languages (PowerShell and VBS), and ITIL process management.
- Strong analytical skills, structured working methods, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft certifications desirable.
- High level of customer orientation and willingness to perform.
- High quality awareness and a strong focus on services.
Certifications:
ITIL Foundation (optional)
