We are seeking a diligent Associate to manage our residential property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression in property management.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for showing properties to prospective tenants, processing applications and screening prospects, preparing tenancy agreements, conducting condition reports, following up on arrears, resolving maintenance issues, liaising with tenants daily, issuing notices, and undertaking routine inspections.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Show properties to potential renters
  • Process rental applications and screen candidates
  • Prepare Tenancy Agreements
  • Conduct Property Inspections
  • Follow up on overdue payments
  • Solve and manage repair issues
  • Liaise with tenants on a regular basis
  • Issue notifications for Termination or Rent Increases
  • Perform routine property checks

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in property management and hold a current Certificate of Registration. You must also possess good time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and high standards of written and verbal communication.
