Key Accountabilities
  • You'll develop and implement effective job placement strategies to support injured workers in achieving their return to work goals;
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employers on workplace modifications and accommodations to facilitate smooth reintegration of injured workers;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of employment services;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
