We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Return to Work Consultant to join our team and support workers recovering from workplace injuries, particularly psychological injuries. In this role, you will play a critical role in facilitating gradual and sustainable recovery and return-to-work outcomes while delivering exceptional customer service.
- You will develop and implement tailored Recovery and Return to Work (RTW) programs in collaboration with workers, employers, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and insurers.
- Conduct workplace assessments to identify and address barriers to RTW, offering practical solutions to support recovery.
- Educate employers, RTW coordinators, and managers on mental health conditions, early intervention strategies, and workplace adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers, workers, treating health practitioners, and insurers.
- Monitor worker progress, adjusting RTW plans as necessary based on recovery trajectories and feedback.
