**Job Opportunity Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a temporary position as a GSE2.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the grounds and agriculture at Greenwith Primary School. This includes various tasks such as maintaining gardens, handling equipment, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the school's outdoor spaces.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have experience working with machinery.
**Benefits Package:**
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary based on their employment status with the Department for Education. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on the employee's current tenure and hours worked per week. In addition, the employee will have access to flexible part-time and full-time arrangements.
**Working Hours and Roster:**
The selected candidate will work 18 hours per week, with an optional roster including Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. They will be expected to start on July 21st, 2025, and can expect to work approximately 6 hours per day, although this may be subject to negotiation.
**Classification and Tenure:**
This position falls under the GSE Level 2 classification and has a fixed term from July 21st, 2025, to December 14th, 2025.
