We are seeking a diligent and skilled Grounds and Maintenance Professional to join our team.

This role involves maintaining the overall appearance of outdoor spaces, ensuring that they are well-maintained and looking their best at all times. This includes tasks such as mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning.

In addition to grounds maintenance, this role also involves performing repairs and maintenance on facilities, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work and will possess strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of outdoor spaces

  • Clean exterior villa areas
  • Efficient disposal of waste
  • Collaboration with colleagues to provide excellent service and maintain high standards across the site

A valid driver's licence is required for this role, and availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster is necessary.
