Grounds Maintenance Professional

We're seeking a Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team at Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach. This role involves providing exceptional service to owners and guests by maintaining the resort's beautiful grounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the resort's landscape, including gardening, pruning, and mowing.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and caring for plants, flowers, and trees.
- Manage irrigation systems and dam pumps to ensure efficient water usage.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve resort-wide goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism environment.
- Knowledge of gardening tools and equipment, as well as Occupational Health & Safety principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
