This position involves reviewing and analyzing explicit and sensitive content, including disturbing or objectionable text, videos, and images. It may expose reviewers to challenging situations, such as graphic content, harassment, and abuse.
To mitigate these risks, we provide comprehensive support solutions for employees in high-stress roles like content moderation. Our holistic approach includes training, monitoring, and resources to foster a resilient workforce that thrives while making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.
- Review user reports regarding website content.
- Analyze and identify non-compliant content on creator channels and flag it for action.
- Making informed decisions to resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported, such as account support requests and potentially abusive content.
- Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside policy.
- Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements of the client.
- Apply market-specific knowledge to spot scalable solutions improving community support.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
