Job Title

A leading professional seeking to leverage their expertise as an IT Project Management Office (PMO) Lead, responsible for the development, enhancement, and implementation of project delivery methodologies.

This role involves managing a small PMO team within an operational environment, overseeing resource allocation, driving recruitment processes where necessary, and delivering across budgeting, compliance, artefact creation, analytics, and reporting.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate experience as an operational IT PMO Lead, have led a PMO engineered towards large-scale IT project portfolios, possess expert-level understanding of project management methodologies/frameworks, and exhibit strong finance and budgeting skills, as well as high-level stakeholder management abilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small PMO team within an operational environment, ensuring end-to-end support for extensive project portfolios. This includes managing the resource model, allocating resources effectively, driving recruitment when necessary, and delivering results across budgeting, compliance, artefact creation, analytics, and reporting.
