Labourer Position

We are seeking experienced workers to fill various roles in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently carry out instructions and maintain a collaborative attitude with colleagues.
  • Undertake tasks including pit and pipe construction, conduit installation, digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes.
  • Operate and maintain machinery and heavy equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and WHS practices in NSW.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of laboring experience preferred.
  • Valid white card.
  • Full PPE.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Reliable transportation available.

The ideal candidate will possess physical fitness, be able to work at heights and in confined spaces, and demonstrate good communication skills.
