About the Opportunity

We're seeking an accomplished leader to oversee our Performance and Insights function, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

This role offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in performance analytics and customer insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance our services and improve outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Performance and Insights Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives;
  • Design and deliver key performance measure strategies and initiatives to drive business results and meet targets;
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, themes, and insights, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with Claims, Customer Experience, and Performance and Insights teams to develop customer-centric initiatives and strategies;
  • Participate in broader business projects and initiatives, contributing your expertise and experience to drive success.

About You

  • A proven track record in leadership roles, preferably in performance analytics or customer insights;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics;
  • Strong understanding of best practices in workers compensation claims management processes and procedures;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization;
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other similar CRMs would be highly regarded;
  • A strategic mindset and approach to work, with a focus on collaboration and innovation;
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
