About the Role

This role offers a unique chance to leverage your skills and experience to make a tangible difference in the lives of our participants. As an Employment Support Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying barriers to employment, and developing effective solutions to address these challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with participants and employers.
  • Identifying barriers to ongoing employment and addressing them promptly.
  • Monitoring work placements for participants who have been engaged in employment beyond 26 weeks.
  • Collaborating closely with current and potential employers on their labour needs.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services or Community Services.
  • Previous experience in employment services, including barrier management and placement of candidates into employment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and problem-solve creatively.
