About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client onboarding and retention initiatives, including modular training and data services.

You will work closely with senior staff to assist in client deployments and provide data & design services to customers, such as importing files and creating reports or output documents.

Facilitating modular feature-based training of our products is also a key aspect of this role. You will assist senior staff in providing training or data & design services to onboarding or expansion clients, help with customer preparation sessions, and assist with administrative and project-related initiatives.

Key responsibilities include facilitating feature-based workshops or group learning modules, developing and maintaining product knowledge, and staying up to date with recent product releases.

Requirements
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and questioning skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred.
  • A good understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems.
  • The ability to keep up with regular product rollouts and maintain expert knowledge of our suite of products.
  • Ideally, experience of working in a data driven environment.
  • An ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • An inquisitive and solution focused mindset.
