Job Overview

The NRMA is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst Lead to play a pivotal role in leading data and analytics requirements for the People & Culture function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all People and Culture monthly data and analytics reporting, identifying efficiency improvements through smart design and automation
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to understand reporting and data requirements, driving operational excellence
  • Lead WGEA Annual reporting, workforce trends analysis, and insights delivery to P&C leadership team
  • Develop and maintain complex data visualizations using various tools, contributing to analytical capability and showcasing value of insights
Requirements
  • 4 years' experience in a data and analytics role, coupled with tertiary qualification
  • Solid understanding of Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in trend analysis and insights, developed written and verbal communication skills
