Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to potential cyber threats and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and system logs to detect and investigate potential threats,
- Analyze and interpret security data to identify patterns and trends,
- Respond to security incidents and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks,
- Conduct forensic analysis on compromised systems to identify the extent of the breach,
- Develop and implement threat detection strategies and procedures,
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and technologies,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security measures and incident response capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field,
- Proven experience in threat detection or a related role,
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and tools,
- Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CEH) are preferred but not required.
