Behavioral Therapist Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing expert behavioral therapy services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a clinical treatment team.
  • Conduct psychiatric diagnostic assessments and provide individual, group, and intensive outpatient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and be licensed as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or LICDC. A minimum of three years' experience in behavioral health clinical settings is required, with a preference for two years' experience in intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization care.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of DSM-V and cognitive/behavioral group therapy techniques, as well as proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EPIC) software and concurrent documentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
