Civil Labourer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Labourer to fill a casual role with varying shifts from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks including general civil ground work, marking out, pipe and/or conduit laying, hand and power tool operation, and concreting/asphalting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • General civil ground work includes trench digging, top soiling, sweeping, and general site clean-up as well as fencing.
  • Marking out is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Pipe and/or Conduit laying requires the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Hand and power tool operation demands physical fitness and dexterity.
  • Concreting / Asphalting requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

**Requirements:**

  • The ideal candidate must hold a Construction Industry Card (White Card).
  • A safety first attitude is essential in this role.
  • Additionally, you should possess a Drivers license and reliable transport.
  • Full PPE (Inc. Work Pants and High Vis Shirt) must be worn at all times.
  • Reliability and punctuality are vital qualities for success in this position.
  • Ability to work in a team environment is crucial.
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude is necessary for personal growth and professional development.

This casual position offers an attractive remuneration package that includes $32 per hour plus superannuation and a travel allowance of $21 per day.

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
