We're seeking an experienced Civil Labourer with concreting skills and machine operating experience to join our client's crew on ongoing infrastructure and streetscape works.

About the Role:

  • Assist with all aspects of civil construction projects.
  • Concrete preparation, pouring, and finishing.
  • Operate machinery including excavators and skid steers (tickets required).
  • Site clean-up, material handling, and general labouring duties.
  • Work as part of a team delivering high-quality public infrastructure and streetscape upgrades.

Temp-to-Perm Pathway:

This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate — you'll have 13 weeks to demonstrate your skillset, attitude, and work ethic to secure a permanent role.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven concreting experience in a civil environment.
  • WWCC ticket (employee)
  • Valid tickets for excavator and skid steer operations.
  • White Card and relevant PPE.
  • Reliable transport to and from site.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team.
