Daily Operations Manager

This position requires an individual with strong organisational and communication skills to manage the daily operations of our school. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing staff, budgets and resources.
The role involves coordinating Casual Relief Teachers, creating and distributing daily timetables, managing staff absences, and liaising with senior management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing coverage for all classes and duties for staff absences in collaboration with the Assistant Principal responsible for Timetable and Daily Organisation.
- Coordinating Casual Relief Teachers attending onsite to ensure they have everything required to carry out their job effectively - induction, timetable, class list, laptop, lesson plans, yard duties.
- Creating and distributing the daily org by 8.00 am - reflecting all absences, internal and external replacement teachers, alternate timetables, room changes, and yard duty schedules.
- Identifying any timetable problems and finding appropriate solutions, liaising with appropriate Assistant Principal when required.
- Forward planning replacement staff for the upcoming week(s).
- Liaising with school local payroll staff and CRT booking agencies.
- Reviewing the accuracy of CRT invoices.
- Communicating booking and attendance schedule to Business Manager for school local payroll CRTs.
- Liaising with staff in charge of an excursion or event, if required.
- Reviewing and adjusting rosters to ensure accurate scheduling and resource allocation for each term.
