Software Implementation Specialist

Kwela Solutions seeks a highly skilled and experienced Software Implementation Specialist with expertise in risk & compliance. The specialist will join an experienced team that supports clients with the implementation and training of web-based software, Folio. This enables organisations to align their strategic objectives and regulatory environments with governance, risk & compliance and quality management requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in target industries such as Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Child, Youth and Family Services, Community Health, Government, Financial Services and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and managing client software implementations
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Providing training for new and existing clients
  • Mentoring and training team members on industry requirements
  • Collaborating on the development and improvement of standardised templates and processes for Risk, Incident, and Quality Management
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of organisations
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of Folio and all its updates and changes
  • Analytical ability to identify solutions in Folio that address the clients' needs
  • In-depth understanding of the Not for Profit sector, particularly the regulatory, compliance, and risk landscape
  • Proficiency and enjoyment in using software solutions
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel when required – most implementations are online, but some may involve interstate travel
