Lead OSHC Program Coordinator

Join our vibrant team to design and deliver engaging before and after school care programs for children aged 5–12 years.

As a lead OSHC coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of your service. You will also mentor and support your team to develop their skills and grow within the industry.

  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12 years.
  • Build positive relationships with families and the school community.
  • Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.

Hours: Monday to Friday only—no weekend work.

As an experienced educator or childcare professional, you will thrive on building strong, positive relationships with children and their families. Your passion for making a difference in children's lives will shine through in your daily interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed or current ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety and mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
