Overview

Outside of School Hours Care Coordinator – Lucknow PS at TheirCare Pty Ltd. Join TheirCare to lead trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. Since 2017, TheirCare has grown to deliver high-quality OSHC and Holiday Programs across Australia, enriching communities and supporting families throughout the year.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12 years.
  • Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare within the school community.
  • Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.

Hours: 6:45am – 9:00am and 2:15pm – 6:00pm, plus weekly admin hours. Monday to Friday only—no weekend work.

About You

You are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. Experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred but not essential.

You Will Have
  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check www.acecqa.gov.au for details relevant to your state.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety and mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
