Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily compliance assessments and provide feedback to teams.
- Review internal and external communications to verify alignment with relevant legislation.
- Offer technical guidance on complex regulatory issues across superannuation and financial services law.
- Support the identification, management, and assessment of operational impact from regulatory changes.
- Monitor legislative developments and track associated regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address regulatory updates and maintain compliance in business processes.
- Proven experience in incident analysis and remediation, preferably in superannuation and/or insurance claims.
- Strong understanding of superannuation industry processes, particularly insurance within super funds.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience managing third-party providers and holding them accountable for performance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
