Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in incident analysis and remediation, preferably in superannuation and/or insurance claims.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation industry processes, particularly insurance within super funds.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Experience managing third-party providers and holding them accountable for performance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
