What You'll Be Doing
  • Guiding families with compassion and clarity from first contact to final farewell.
  • Coordinating funeral arrangements — venues, flowers, music, the lot.
  • Working with celebrants, clergy, florists, drivers, and other awesome humans.
  • Running the service on the day — logistics, timing, support and presence.
  • Driving our funeral vehicles with dignity (yes, sometimes the hearse).
  • Taking care of important legal documentation and admin.
  • Being a warm, calm presence when people need it most.
You'll Thrive In This Role If You…
  • Are kind, steady and know how to hold space for others.
  • Are confident communicating with people from all walks of life.
  • Are comfortable in structured, sensitive environments.
  • Can juggle details without dropping the ball (or the flowers).
  • Can handle the occasional curveball with grace and calm.
  • Have an unrestricted driver's license and a clean record.
  • Are happy to work on a weekend roster or after-hours when required.
Bonus Points If You…
  • Have experience in events, hospitality, customer care, or funerals.
  • Have knowledge of funeral traditions, venues, or logistics.
  • Can carry a coffin, soothe a grandparent, and still smile at the end of the day.
