A strong background in project governance, preferably in a corporate environment, is essential. Additionally, a diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are required. Experience in developing and implementing processes and tools, particularly within innovation or Human Centred Design methodology, is highly valued. Finally, the ability to influence and inspire others is crucial for success in this role.
